FAQs

Registration

  • How do I register?
    • If you are a Falcon Group Medical Insurance member aged 18 years old or above:
      Go to Login page, click “Register now” and provide the required information like Username, Policy No., Member Ref. No., Full name in English, Date of Birth, Email Address, Mobile Phone No. and Password to register on Falcon's Group Medical Insurance e-Service.
    • If you are an HR/Plan Administrator, Intermediary or our Business Partner:
      You should have received an invitation email from Falcon and a separate email with encrypted password attached. Please click the designated link on the invitation email to activate your account, then log in with your Login ID and password. We recommend that you change the default password when you first log in to e-Service.
  • I tried to register, but a message showing the information entered was incorrect. What should I do?
    Please recheck the information you've entered during registration such as Policy No., Member Ref. No., Full name in English, Date of Birth, Email Address, Mobile Phone No. and Password. Please contact us if you need any further assistance.
  • When I tried to register and I get an error message saying that my email address is already in use. What should I do?
    The email address may have been used to register for Falcon's Group Medical Insurance e-Service. Please use a different email to register. Please contact us if you need any further assistance.

Member Profile

  • How do I view Member Profile of myself or my dependents?
    • If you are an employee, you can view your or your dependent’s Member Profile by selecting the name from the dropdown menu.
    • If you are a spouse/dependent, you can view your own Member Profile.

e-Claim

  • Can I submit claims online for my family members?
    If you are a member aged 18 years old or above, you can submit claims online for yourself and any dependents aged below 18 years old under your plan.
  • Can I submit claims on e-Claim Submission for several receipts at a time?
    Yes, you can submit a maximum of five (5) receipts per claim submission.
  • Is there a maximum limit on the amount for submitting claims online?
    Yes, the maximum amount for e-Claim (Out-patient) is HK$1,500.00 per receipt.
  • I couldn’t find an appropriate Type of Claim to select. What should I do?
    You can only submit Out-patient Claims using e-Claim Submission Service. For Hospitalization & Surgical claims, please fill in the hard copy claim form, attach all the supporting documents and send to: “Employee Benefits Division (Claims) of Falcon Insurance Company (Hong Kong) Limited, Suites 307-11, 3/F, 12 Taikoo Wan Road, Taikoo Shing, Hong Kong”.
  • Can I submit claims online with different currencies?
    No, you can only submit receipts via e-Claim in HK dollars.
  • Is there a maximum limit on the file size that I can upload?
    You can only upload a maximum of 15Mb in total file size per claim submission.
  • Do I need to keep the supporting documents after I have successfully submitted my claim through e-Claim?
    Yes. Please be reminded to retain the original copy of your claim form as well as any supporting document(s) for the next 6 months as we may need them later.

Network Doctor Search

  • What is “Network Doctor Search”?
    “Network Doctor Search” can help you find the location and contact information of network doctors covered by your plan. You can search by using specific criteria based on Doctor name, Service Type or location.
  • How do I search for a medical provider?
    You can enter at least one (1) Chinese character or two (2) letters in English in the field named “Doctor Name”. Or you can simply select at least one from the function named “Area”, “District” or “Service Type”.
  • How do I search for a Specialist?
    Under “Service Type”, select the Specialty you want. Then, select “Area” and “District” and the relevant providers’ contact information will be shown.
  • How do I view doctors located near me?
    Click "Doctor near me" under “Area”, system will show the list of doctors within 500m from your current location.
